A 3 sport standout at York HS, she really excelled on the hardwood. Angie was named 2nd Team Bangor Daily News All State, as well as USA Today Honorable Mention in 1987, earning a full scholarship to Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut. She finished her illustrious career with the Blue Devils ninth on Central’s all-time career assist list, ninth on the single season assist list, and is tied for 2nd on the single game assist list.
